- Sites to be on a busy local road with a short distance to a retail / trade park area in an urban location having a minimum population of 40,000 people within a 15 minute drive time.
- Buildings between 15,000 and 30,000 sq ft gross internal area.
- Minimum eaves height of 5.5m but 8m + preferred.
- Freehold or long leasehold basis.
- Introducing agents' fees are payable for genuine off market opportunities when not instructed.
